Defective Units
For defective units, credit may be applied for replacement or full refund once there is receipt of defective units. We require test results displaying dialogue, and serial numbers for the RMA of defective transceiver modules.
Please note, there is a 15% restocking fee for any material returned that is not defective or returned for any reason, or variable that is involved with cancelling of a purchase order. Once a purchase order is issued to direcXource, the material is only accepted back in an RMA if restocking fee is paid or allocated towards the owed terms.
