Arista Networks CAB-Q56-Q56-3M compatible DAC is a passive 200Gbps QSFP56 to QSFP56 direct attach cable for use in 200GBASE Ethernet. QSFP56 DAC provides 200Gb/s throughput for 3m interconnection with high speed twin-axial copper cable. Standard length options cover from 0.5 meters to 3 meters. The QSFP56 DAC cable implements 4 independent 50 Gbps PAM4 transmit and receive signal channels in each differential pair for an aggregate 200 Gbps data rate. It also supports 4 channels 25 Gbps NRZ signals for 100 Gbps interconnection. This DAC is fully compliant with QSFP56 Multi-Source Agreement (MSA), IEEE 802.3cd 200GBASE-CR4 and 200GAUI-4 standard. The twin-axial copper cable's wire gauge is 28AWG and pre-terminated with MSA compliant 38-pin edge type connectors. MSA memory map are accessible via 2-wire Interface (TWI/I2C). Our DACs are factory pre-programmed for compatibility, perform identically to original Arista Networks CAB-Q56-Q56-3M direct attach cables.
