Brocade 25G-SFP28-SR compatible optical transceiver is a dual fiber 25.8Gbps Small Form-factor Pluggable SFP28 module for use in 25GBASE Ethernet. SFP28 SR provides 25Gb/s throughput up to 100 meters over OM4 or 70 meters over OM3 multi-mode fiber (MMF) with host FEC using 850nm wavelength. This transceiver is fully compliant with SFP28 Multi-Source Agreement (MSA), IEEE 802.3by 25GBASE-SR and 25GAUI standard. Its electrical interface is MSA compliant 20-pin edge type connector and the optical interface is Duplex LC connector. The full-duplex SFP28 transceiver features highly reliable VCSEL transmitter and PIN photo detector to offer high performance interconnection at 25 Gbps data rate. Built-in Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM) support is present for real-time performance monitoring via 2-wire Interface (TWI/I2C). Our modules are factory pre-programmed for compatibility, perform identically to original Brocade 25G-SFP28-SR transceivers.
