Brocade QSFP28-100G-AOC-3M compatible AOC is a 100Gbps QSFP28 to QSFP28 active optical cable for use in 100GBASE Ethernet. QSFP28 AOC provides 100Gb/s throughput for 3m interconnection with laser-optimized multi-mode fiber optical cable. Standard length options cover from 0.5 meters to 30 meters. The QSFP28 AOC cable implements 4 independent 25 Gbps NRZ transmit and receive signal channels in each fiber for an aggregate 100 Gbps data rate. This AOC is fully compliant with QSFP28 Multi-Source Agreement (MSA), IEEE 802.3bj 100GBASE-CR4 and CAUI-4 standard. The active optical cable is pre-terminated with MSA compliant 38-pin edge type connectors. Built-in Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM) support is present for real-time performance monitoring via 2-wire Interface (TWI/I2C). Our AOCs are factory pre-programmed for compatibility, perform identically to original Brocade QSFP28-100G-AOC-3M direct attach cables.
