Generic Compatible SFP-2G-LW40 2G Fibre Channel SFP 1310nm 40km SMF LC DOM Optical Transceiver Module
direcXource's SFP-2G-LW40 optical transceiver is a dual fiber 2.125Gbps Small Form-factor Pluggable SFP module for use in 2G Fibre Channel Network. SFP 2G-LW40 provides 2Gb/s throughput up to 40km over single-mode fiber (SMF) using 1310nm wavelength. This transceiver is fully compliant with SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) and FCIA FC-PI-4 200-SM-LC-L standard. Its electrical interface is MSA compliant 20-pin edge type connector and the optical interface is Duplex LC connector. The full-duplex SFP transceiver features highly reliable FP transmitter and PIN photo detector to offer high performance interconnection at 2 Gbps data rate. Built-in Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM) support is present for real-time performance monitoring via 2-wire Interface (TWI/I2C). Our modules are factory pre-programmed for compatibility, perform identically to generic MSA transceivers.
